However, we are now offering the land for sale for any reasonable purpose compatible with the neighbors, keeping in mind that this is a nice community. We are willing to sell to either individual owners or developers, actually, anyone willing to build decently on the land. We have a much larger plot nearby which we will be developing ourselves.
