The land is owned by JSM Samui Co., Ltd., and maintenance is handled by JSM Karma Co., Ltd., both based in Koh Samui and operated by lifelong natives of Surat Thani province (of which Koh Samui island is part of).

Major shareholders include the Operations Manager, Ms. Peesao Abbbbbb, who was born and grew up in Surat Thani province. She attended a Christian missionary school and is well traveled abroad. Her husband, Mr. Somchai Abbbbbb, also from Surat Thani province, teaches ____ at ____.

Project Manager is Mr. Mark Prado, Managing Director of Prado Property Co., Ltd., based in Bangkok, which is a real estate agency for luxury properties and has websites at www.kkBkk.com and www.kkbkk.in.th . Mr. Prado is an American from Washington, D.C., who has lived and worked in Thailand since 1994 and is best known for creating www.ThailandGuru.com, a guide to living and working in Thailand. Mark worked as a consultant to multinational engineering, architecture, project management, and construction companies starting in 1995, after briefly consulting to the US government's USAID Asia Regional Office in Bangkok.
