~ Hillside Seaview Land in Koh Samui, Thailand ~

We are currently offering hillside seaview land for sale, all or parts of a 5.5 rai block located in a leading, serene community in Maenam, just a 25 minute drive from either the airport or Chewang (the modern tourist center of action for Samui and main shopping area), and about 10 minutes from the beautiful and quiet beaches in Maenam with upper class bungalows.

The land is located on Maenam soi 5, just a few minutes from the Samui ring road, at an elevation of approximately 100 meters. A paved road goes from the Samui ring road past the land, whereby the land is located only about 100 meters up the hill (after an almost flat climb up the sedimentary lowlands), not a difficult nor treacherous drive. It is high enough for a nice seaview and view of Koh Phangan island, and to enter the natural hillside jungle environment away from basic old neighborhoods, but not too challenging.

Electricity and telephone are provided along this road, and water is provided by a 130 meter well drilled on the land.

Another new village on the flatlands just a few hundred meters before our land is Samran Gardens:

This region is known for having a good percentage of foreigners, but these foreigners tend to be families and single men who prefer a quiet and natural environment, unlike the Chewang touristy area, but only about 25 minutes from Chewang. The beaches in Maenam are quiet but just as beautiful, and populated with more exclusive bungalows and hotels.

There is a beautiful golf course very near the land, less than 10 minutes away by on of our Maenam soi 5 offshoot roads, i.e., no need to go to the main road. If you look at the photos taken from our land (such as the top photo above), note the hill a short distance to the left. The golf course is right over this hill. Likewise, in the photo on the bottom right, our land is just over the closest hill behind the clubhouse. You just drive a little more than halfway down our road and turn left.
